Our announcement greeting letter is a larger folded version of our classic announcement letter. The Announcement Greeting Letter includes a handwritten 5x7 envelope and a folded handwritten 10x7 card. Personalize and customize the back of the card however you would like.

Order Process

1. Place an Order

You may place your order directly above. If you have more questions or need help placing your order you can call us directly at (855) 736-5388.

2. Gather Details

Once the order is placed we may need additional information. Typically we need:

  • List of Names & Addresses
  • Your Desired Message
  • Return Address

If any of the above information isn't available or clear we will reach out to you before fully processing your order.

This is a custom product so be sure to leave notes in the order details if you want specific changes to your letters.

3. Production

Once we have manually confirmed the order and verified we have everything we need, the order goes into the next production slot. Production cycles are usually 1-2 business days.

4. Shipping

Once your order is completed you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship the mailers directly to you in boxes at your specified return address.

5. Post Office Drop-Off

You drop off the mailers at your local post office when you want to send them out. This way you can decide how many you want to mail out per day, to control incoming call volume, and to get it postmarked at a local post office to add to the authenticity of the mail piece.
